CRRSAA and ARP Student Portion Reporting
- YONRC acknowledges that it has signed and returned to the U. S. Department of Education the mandatory Certification and Agreement and assures that YONRC will use the applicable amount of funds designated under the CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) programs to provide Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students.
- The total amount of funds YONRC has received from the Department to date pursuant to the institution’s Certification and Agreement for Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students under the CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) programs is $708,503.
- The total amount of Emergency Financial Aid Grants distributed to students under CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) programs as of 12/31/21 is $351,300.
- The estimated total number of students enrolled at YONRC as of March 13, 2020, that are eligible to receive Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students under CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) is approximately 304.
- Total number of students who have received an Emergency Financial Aid Grants to Students under CRRSAA and ARP (a)(1) is 294.
- Priority was given to Title IV students, and each received $1,250. All other students received $1,000, except for international students who received $850.
- Along with the check, the following letter was sent to the students:

Please find attached check which is part of the American Rescue Plan’s Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF). The check may be used to cover any component of your cost of attendance at YONRC, or for emergency expenses that occurred due to coronavirus, such as tuition, food, housing, health care (including mental health care), or childcare.
